In 1972, RSI was established with one ironer, three industrial sized washing machines and one client. Today, this family-owned and operated business flourishes with 480 customers in need of linen services, linen supply, linen sales, laundry services, for medical facilities, and hospitality operations like restaurants and hotels. Our 200 employees process 80 thousand plus pounds of linen daily. Like the majority of our customers, we operate seven days a week to ensure their needs are met daily, within three hours of our location.
Our service area includes the coastal area of South Carolina and Georgia within three hours of our location in Bluffton, SC., including Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head, Savannah, Brunswick and Statesboro, GA and places in between.

Linen Service Facility
We utilize highly specialized, automated equipment allowing the company to provide competitive pricing and 24 hour turnaround times for most linen customers in the Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head, Savannah, Brunswick, and Statesboro areas. RSI has been “green” well before the word was in vogue.
Burning natural gas to heat water and produce steam, a cleaner process with less pollutants, is part of our commitment to the environment. RSI also recycles water using only 1.4 gallons per pound of linen processed. Using green technology, all wastewater is recycled through our heat reclamation system; consequently our five state of the art tunnel washers use less energy than conventional methods.
